Reiki - Jackie Christmas

Reiki is the universal life energy that flows through all living things and is all around us.It can treat anyone from pregnant women, babies, and the elderly - to plants and animals.

Reiki can be used together with conventional medicine and other natural remedies and therapies.

The person can lie or sit comfortably and clothes stay on.The practitioner places their hands gently in different positions on, or just above, the recipient’s body.

The Reiki energy flows through the practitioner, to the recipient’s body, moving to the places it is needed the most. This may be to work on mental or emotional issues, or to heal the physical body. Reiki has also been known to help encourage personal change and to help find inner wisdom.

Sessions last 60-90 minutes and cost £25.00

About Jackie:   I am involved in the local 'Reiki and psoriasis pilot study' in association with the NHS. My aim is to create a relaxed, caring, and confidential, environment where healing and relaxation can take place.

I am a qualified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Master Teacher in Magnified healing. I have a level 3 Diploma in Indian Head Massage, have studied Anatomy and Physiology, Human Biology, Psychology, and Counselling skills, and hold an enhanced disclosure certificate.
