The Indian Head Massage technique I practise is not just a massage of the head.The treatment includes massage of the upper back, shoulders, arms and hands, progressing up the neck and on to the head, followed by a face and ear massage.

This full upper body and head massage stimulates blood flow, breaks down muscle tension, and stimulates acupuncture points on the head, hands and ears, bringing balance to internal areas of the body.

The massage can be performed over clothing, with no oil applied, or oil can be applied directly onto the skin and scalp. Each session is adapted to suit the individual.

Indian Head Massage may offer relief to those suffering from muscle strain, eye strain and headaches, and also stimulate hair growth. It heals, calms and relaxes.

Sessions last 60-90 minutes and cost £25.00

About Jackie:    My aim is to create a relaxed, caring, and confidential, environment where healing and relaxation can take place.

I have a level 3 Diploma in Indian Head Massage, I am a qualified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, Master Teacher in Magnified healing, and have studied Anatomy and Physiology, Human Biology, Psychology, and Counselling skills, and hold an enhanced disclosure certificate. I am also involved in the local 'Reiki and psoriasis pilot study' in association with the NHS.
