OLHT is an energy healing therapy. It works with effective spiritual healing techniques and energy healing frequencies from different traditions. It is non-dogmatic, not confined to one particular culture or belief systems and allows richness and depth, offering a range of healing methods.

In using cleansing and healing techniques the emphasis is to release energy patterns which no longer serve you and to nourish and support the openness and receptivity for beneficial change.

Within the process I will ask you to participate, for example I might suggest you define an intention and try out exercises which will enable you to clear your energetic field and enhance your energy.

A session lasting 1 hour costs £15. Taster sessions lasting 40 minutes cost £10.

About Heike: As a Complementary Therapist I offer OLHT, Holistic Massage, Reflexology, MBSR and Yoga. I completed the OLHT training in 2001 and very much value the depths and ethics of this energy healing therapy. It highlights methods, which can be learned easily. There is the potential of transformation and positive change in every one of us.
